REcore (REcore Solutions LLC), positioned as a MLS SaaS (Software as a Service) and a Data Licensing organization, is a new company conceived for the benefit of MLSs and associations.
Built by industry experts for MLSs and Associations.
Following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an exorbitant number of real estate product. This shift resulted in a drop in product usage and increased technology expenses. Product availability and innovation that were once reliable felt less dependable.
REcore was created and positioned to make extraordinary moves to provide more access to data and more flexibility in technology, supporting the cooperative spirit of the industry. The business structure is set up so that there is no exit strategy, meaning there is no possibility of being acquired.
The needs of MLSs and AORs in a shifting real estate industry change faster than some technologies can keep pace with. Too many entities rely upon outdated software and subpar products, not to mention those services that are at the mercy of market forces and buyouts—they can disappear in an instant. That’s why a team of seasoned MLS experts pooled their knowledge together to create the premier MLS SaaS and data licensing organization designed specifically for MLSs and Associations: REcore.
Each MLS and Association is different, so REcore offers customizable technologies to fit different needs and markets, no matter how big or small. Operations shouldn’t be time-consuming nor complicated, so REcore is proud to bring intuitively designed, easy-to-use services that make life simpler for everyone from office managers to agents in the field. REcore develops and updates its products on a constant basis, which allows for dynamic responses to real estate’s evolving needs.
But what makes REcore different from other real estate technology services is the team behind it. This is not some startup that entered the real estate industry on a lark—the REcore team is comprised of MLS professionals with unique skillsets, including executives, brokers, managers, and more. They know what it means to support the industry on a cooperative level and created REcore as a business entity to solve the issues that they’ve seen with MLSs and AORs. As there’s no exit strategy for REcore, there’s zero chance of a buyout, which means its services will be dependable in the long haul.
REcore provides tailormade solutions, robust data options, and a level of expertise that won’t be found anywhere else. See how REcore can modernize, streamline, and improve your MLS or AOR today.
